Botrychium dusenii (Christ) Alston (Ophioglossaceae) en Chile Central, Contribución al Conocimiento de la Especie.

Resumen

Este trabajo adiciona una nueva localidad y primer registro de Botrychium dusenii (Christ) Alston en Chile
Central. La exploración del cordón alto-andino de Santiago, amplió su límite norte de distribución en 1.365 km
y 12,25 grados de latitud. El taxón se registró sobre 3.000 m en el ecotono de ecosistemas de humedal existentes
en la cuenca del río Olivares, Región Metropolitana de Santiago. El hallazgo revela la escasa información
disponible acerca de la corología de la especie en Chile y la carencia de colectas entre la Región de Aisén del
General Carlos Ibáñez del Campo y su actual distribución. Se propone que el estado de conservación para Chile
sea considerado como Datos Insuficientes (DD).

Abstract

Botrychium dusenii (Christ) Alston (Ophioglossaceae) in Central Chile, contribution to the
knowledge of the species. This work adds a new location and first record of Botrychium dusenii
(Christ) Alston in Central Chile. The survey of a high Andean mountain range in Santiago, expanded
its northern distributional limit about 1,365 km and 12,25 latitudinal degrees. This taxon was found
above 3,000 masl in an ecotonal boundary of high Andean wetland ecosystems in Olivares river
basin, Santiago Metropolitan Region. The finding reveals the limited information available about the
chorology of this species in Chile and the gap of collections among the Region de Aisén del General
Carlos Ibáñez del Campo and its current distribution. It is proposed for this species the conservation
status to Chile as Data Deficient (DD).
